DESCRIPTION:Course Overview\nThis program reviews the pharmaceutical servic
 es condition of participation and other regulatory areas that require phar
 macist input and participation such as antibiotic stewardships\, medicatio
 n administration timing policies\, medication self-administration\, standi
 ng orders and other pharmacy related issues. This program is intended for 
 critical access hospitals. Medication errors account for the largest numbe
 r of medical errors in health care. They are also the most- common reason 
 for unnecessary patient readmissions. Medication errors\, adverse events\,
  drug incompatibilities\, self‐administered medication and required medica
 tion policies will also be discussed.\n \nLearning Objectives:\n1. Describ
